I finally got my daughter down for a nap. I walked to my Nespresso machine to refill my cup. I wanted a full, warm mug of coffee before I sat down to work. I clicked the remote to turn the TV on for some background noise and the news blared.

OFF. I turned the TV off.
The unknown, fear, and panic drives the news and if that's what we fill our minds with every minute of every day we become fearful, panicked and worried of the unknown.
It's too easy to get wrapped up.
I need to take at least a break or two every day or I get sucked in.
Walks with my family and playing on our living room floor with my daughter are probably my favorite ways to take a break, along with a good workout session. With my gym being closed I am taking full advantage of my favorite at home workouts!
