In the past, I’ve dealt with alllll the things that come with feeling unsatisfied and unworthy:
Not liking what I saw in the mirror
Never feeling good enough
Spending hours at the gym but not seeing results
Feeling overwhelmed and confused by all the diet talk
Being totally stuck and having no clue what to do next
I literally thought going to the gym every day and trying to eat perfectly healthy was the only thing that would get me feeling good about myself.
I finally got sick and tired of all of it. That was the moment when everything shifted.
There are 4 steps directly linked to seeing results in your life, and #1 is identifying the inner resistance and overcoming it.
That’s exactly what I did to make a huge change.
I realized my mindset was completely warped, thanks to the diet culture and fitness industry.
It was time to dig in, fix myself and finally figure out what actually works, instead following all the advice that just contradicted itself.
I vowed to myself if I ever figured it all out, I would share it with every woman, so they never had to feel like I did – stuck, confused and lacking confidence!
I became a certified trainer and health coach so I could gain the appropriate training and correct knowledge.
From this, I learned how to train to get results, EXACTLY what does work, without being in the gym every day and running myself ragged.
Most importantly, I made huge internal shifts. I examined and reprogrammed my thinking and changed my mindset.
Now I help other women:
Get fit and lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way
Learn proper nutrition
Shift their mindset
Skyrocket their confidence
And feel incredible about their bodies!
