My favorite protein

I’ve been there.

  • I have looked in that mirror and hated what I saw back

  • I have felt like no matter what I did, it wasn’t good enough

  • I have spent hours in the gym not getting the results I wanted

  • I have felt confused by all the diet information out there

  • I have been stuck and had no idea what to do to fix it


I finally got sick and tired of feeling this way.

When I became a certified trainer and health coach I finally figured out what actually worked so I never had to feel like this again. I vowed to myself I would share with every woman so they never had to feel like I did – stuck, confused and lacking confidence!

Well, there a few things I do every day that I have learned are key to not just losing weight, but to keeping it off, building muscle and tone and just feeling good every single day.

One of those things is drinking a protein shake. Most of us don’t eat enough protein. Our bodies use protein to make enzymes and hormones as well as to build and repair muscle. Protein also helps me feel full longer which helps me to not randomly snack between meals. On a busy day my protein shake is my breakfast, others its my pre or post workout. I love switching it up to make it whatever I need for that day and customizing it with fresh fruits, veggies, nut butters, espresso shots or any other ingredient I’m in the mood for!

I have used so many protein powders but fell in love with Arbonne protein while I was pregnant and have been using it daily every since. It was the only one my doctor approved me using both pregnant and postpartum and I loved that it was also created with easy to digest plant-based protein derived from peas, rice and cranberries. It worked for all my clients who were vegan, soy, gluten or dairy free, Kosher or had an allergy to whey.  It makes adding protein into your diet easy since it just takes minutes to make a shake! It also helps me to hit my protein goal with just one shake having 40 + grams of protein in it by the time I add in all my favorite ingredients. Oh, and did I mention it tastes amazing – literally like dessert.
 

A daily protein shake has always been part of my regimen and was a huge part of me losing weight after having my daughter, keeping it off, and building muscle and tone.
