Before we know it, we’ll be wondering where winter went as we pull out our spring dresses and tank tops…
But womp womp… if you neglected your shoulders all winter, you won’t look quite as sexy in those sleeveless outfits.
So many women overlook their shoulders as they focus on abs, booties and cardio!
Don’t make that mistake…
It’s about more than just looking good in warm-weather clothes too!
You actually use your shoulders more than you’d think.
A lot of daily routine activities, like grabbing something up high, vacuuming, or cleaning windows require shoulder strength.
To help strengthen and prevent injuries/instability, you want to work those shoulders each week.
Plus, well-defined shoulders make your waist look smaller. Win-win!
Here’s an easy shoulder workout you can add to your weekly routine:
1. Shoulder Press - try seated for an extra challenge!
2. Lateral Shoulder Raise - try a pulse at the top for an extra challenge!
3. Arnold Press
4. Front Shoulder Raise
Try 15 reps for each exercise, 4 rounds!
