How to Beat Burnout

Waves crashing… seagulls flying overhead… cold, colorful drink in your hand….

Buzz! Buzz! Buzz! Buzz!

There it is. Reality smacks you in the face as your alarm goes off. All you want to do is hit the snooze button and go back to that beach in your dream.

You finally get up and start the rush, rush, rush on the hamster wheel…

Rush to grab coffee.

Rush to eat breakfast.

Rush to pack lunches.

Rush to get dressed.

Rush the family out the door.

Rush the kids to the car seats.

Rush them to school or daycare.

Rush to work.

Then a few hours later…

Rush to get the kids home.

Rush to make dinner.

Rush to clean up.

Rush the kids to bed.

Collapse on the couch and prepare to start over tomorrow.

I’m exhausted just reading all that! Aren’t you?

Almost everything you’re rushing through is necessary… so how do we find joy and excitement in all the daily things?

How do we keep from getting stuck in the same old routine and feeling totally burned out?

I’ll be honest with you, at the end of last year I was starting to feel the burnout creeping in.

I totally love my job and my family and everything about my life, but we all have those times were things start to seem too routine. Maybe even boring.

One of the best things to do when this happens? Get some help and guidance to push through it and see where you can improve!

For me, that meant hiring 2 coaches! Wondering for what? One area may surprise you!

1. I hired a personal trainer. Shocked? Hear me out.

All day, every day I am consumed with workouts and plans for my clients, helping them reach their goals, (which I’m obsessed with. I love what I do!)

I truly enjoy exercise. It’s always been such a stress relief and something I look forward to doing.

It changes depending on where we live, what gym I belong to, what classes they offer, and which workout buddies live nearby…

But in my current season of life, I’m busier than I’ve ever been, and my workouts aren’t as focused as I’d like them to be.

I crave challenge and focus, and I want to be at my best. I don’t want to use “life is busy” as an excuse.

So I needed someone to push me the way I push my clients!

2. I started working with a business coach!

I want to make a big impact on this world. That means I need to make more money so I can write bigger checks to the causes on my heart.

I also want to leave a legacy for my daughter.

That means I need to keep growing!

I’ve been in business for FOUR years now, (hard to believe!), and Core Fit has changed quite a bit over the years.

We tripled our revenue in 2019, but we have so far to go!

I’ve done all the things… read books, took courses, surrounded myself with fellow entrepreneurs, attended events…

But I realized it was time for outside help. The kind of help I give my clients.

I knew true growth would come when I decided to bet on myself and make an investment in my growth!

All of the best coaches have coaches.

They challenge us and give us a new perspective. They help hold us accountable. They help us not feel so alone in this entrepreneurial world!

The cost of growing my business and making the kind of impact I envision is priceless.

Now I have a question for you: what’s stopping you from hiring a coach to hold you accountable to your health and fitness goals?

So you can finally fit in those jeans… and even more importantly, just feel amazing!

I am HERE for you... to motivate you, guide you, and get you where you want to be!

I know you’re busy. And probably tired. Me too! I’m right there with you.

But there’s something about committing to a goal and having someone keep you on track that energizes and motivates you like nothing else.

I’d love to chat with you and see if we’re a good fit!

Let’s hop on a no-pressure, no-commitment call and chat about how we can get you to the best version of yourself. Book that call here!
