Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Vital Proteins collagen peptides 

  • 1 cup Fairlife milk fat free 

  • 50 grams Banana 

  • 1/2 Cup frozen mango chunks 

  • 1/4 container of vanilla non-fat greek yogurt 

 
Directions
Add ice (about 1/4 cup) and blend all together in blender and serve! Add more or less ice for your desired consistency. You may want to add 1/4 cup of water if you like it more liquid!

I love that the collagen is flavorless, so you don’t get any of that weird protein shake after taste! If you have a whey intolerance, there’s no issue using collagen protein.
